I like the hotel for location, i think its crazy if your just staying at the hotel you are charged for parking when its a big parking lot..totally understandable if you are flying out and leaving car but that is it. Staff etc was good, there was not hot water it was warm. Thank you

I was disappointed with my stay … I felt the staff is not trained in the dining area cluttering of dishes and unnecessary noise I felt there is no supervision to make sure they carry their responsibilities professionally The rooms need maintenance and the towels are old and bleached to clean Sheets are not maintained I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in different hotels but this stay was far the most disappointing

Room spotless everyday. Consistent cleaning. Immaculate staff in all departments from the front desk guys to the cannery breakfast employees to the housekeeping department, everyone exceeded the standard and everything was perfect. Would definitely be coming back in a few weeks!
