Checkout is at 11:00a.m sharp. The cleaning team arrives at the same time to clean the space and set it for the next guest. There is a late check out fee of $50 per hour after 11:00am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. You can smoke on the balcony while keeping the door closed. Please do not throw things from the balcony.
Please keep track of the Fob/ KeyA misplaced fob results in a $300 replacement fee. Significant wall scuffs or damage will result in a $200 repair fee
Our cleaners need every minute to prep for the next guest. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to a $50 fee per 15-minute increment.
