Enjoy our 1 bedroom suite in the heart of Downtown Toronto!

This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and business professionals!

This unit is within walking distance of famous downtown Toronto attractions including the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, Rogers Centre, Roy Thomson Hall and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Access the rest of Toronto with the TTC, Union Station and underground P.A.T.H. nearby. You will have a wide selection of the finest dining, shopping, nightlife and entertainment. Starbucks is also located in the building.

The bright and airy living area has a 55" Smart TV! It is a great place to relax or entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for those nights you want to stay in and cook.

The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and there is a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. There is also a dedicated workspace in the bedroom make it easy for you to work from the unit!

You can also enjoy the private balcony and relax on the outdoor table and chairs.

An ensuite washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1.5 Gbps are all provided during your stay!

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a form to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.

* Building amenities (15th floor) are available for guests to use. Note: The outdoor pool opens in late spring to summer depending on the weather and it's up to the building's discretion.

*There is no parking provided in this unit. But there are many secure underground paid parking garage options nearby that are within a 2-minute walk of the building at 302 Front Street West. The parking range costs 20-30 dollars a day

*Gym is temporarily closed for a month.
