Window fell in, shattered. Informed front desk, maintenance and house keeping came to clean up. I checked out. Was informed window was not my fault. Next day, $339 is charged to my credit card. No email, no invoice, no damage report from hotel, no notice, no proof. Unsecured dangerous window falls and they charge me without any notice. Emails and calls go unanswered. This is being disputed to my credit card issuer.

My suite was extremely comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchenette. It was more of a tastefully decorated little apartment than an hotel room. The only downsides were the noise from Hwy 401 and the terrible coffee and powdered creamer provided in the room. That said, I had a young couple with a baby next door and never heard a peep, so the soundproofing between suites was very good. All staff were friendly and helpful, including cleaning, front desk, and breakfast staff. Considering the price point, this was a superior accommodation for longer stays, where you want to be more self-sufficient (breakfast buffet was included but there is no on site restaurant). Will definitely stay here again, but request a room on the south side of the building, away from the highway.

The room was large and had a fridge and a microwave but the furniture was dated and the room and carpeting was well worn. The room was kept clean and was inexpensive but I personally would not recommend this hotel - I felt like I didn't want to touch anything.
