The staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason I could not give a much higher rating was that the shower head was very poor; literally only one stream of water was coming out; I was in room #434. Hope this helps. best,

We have stayed at this hotel often before leaving on trips. This was the first time that we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Specifically, the floor around the toilet was not clean. Staff were great as usual and our shuttle driver was fantastic.
