Property is gorgeous and very well located - lovely beaches and easy to get to from the airport. Communication with host was very difficult. I sent several messages prior to our trip asking for information on the area/recommendations but never got any replies. During our stay, communication was inconsistent. One day I was replied to quickly, the next question I had about taxi recommendations took 2 days for an answer. During check in, the host failed to direct us to the ‘house rules’ which stated details on how the house needed to be left on check out. We left a few cups not washed up and a bin to be taken out (the cleaners had already arrived when we were leaving and had begun work) and were charged 150. A real shame to end the holiday in this way. I hope that the hosts are much clearer with their check in process and rules in the future.
