Efficiency King Room with Full Kitchen, Microwave, Stove, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster, full. All standard rooms have a private balcony and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. The beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in, if you (jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the Southern end of the Island.

As others stated before me this is not a 5 star motel. However, it was clean and the location is oceanfront.

Awesome with one exception

We really enjoyed everything about this place. The location is ideal, the view was amazing, we loved being able to sit on a little patio and just stare at the ocean any time night or day. There was one exception to this pretty great place. The beds in our room were horrible. Do not plan on sleeping well, do plan on waking up several times and with serious body aches. We sat on one bed and it literally went half way to the floor, we tried to figure out what the problem was and they have flipped the bottom sides up and put down boards to keep the mattress up, so no box spring. That and our toilet seat was cracked and pinching our leg every rime we had to sit on it.
