Great location. Coffee shop and lobby are a 10/10. The apartment is super spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and some of the furniture has been updated. Only needs a little attention to details such as faucet handles, caulking here and there. TV remotes are confusing and the water tastes terrible. With that said we’ll stay here again and the pros out way any updates it could use. Staff was friendly.

This place is SO close to Washburn University. Perfect for a weekend visit with our college student. Lots of space. Staff is wonderful. So helpful.

Room was great the set up no issues with staff or the room itself could use some black out curtains other than that loved the apartment. The Road is very busy that runs on both sides of it and always noisy loud trucks all night not able to get much sleep due to the atmosphere around the hotel.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom in the front of the building was noisy with passing cars that kept waking me up throughout the night. We turned the heat on and the smoke alarm briefly went off- the filter on the furnace desperately needs to be changed. Otherwise it was a great place to stay for a night to visit the Washburn campus.

This is a repurposed apartment, which meant that our room was literally the biggest hotel suite that we've ever been in. We really appreciate the proximity to Washburn University as well.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the master bedroom furniture placement. The Queen bed was placed against a wall, not just the head of the bed but also a side. There was no way to get in bed on that side, you have to crawl up from the foot of the bed. I will be more observant in furniture placement when next I reserve [which I will] with them again.
