The property is clean, well air conditioned, and the kitchen is amazingly well appointed. The management was easy to communicate with. It’s in a neighborhood with buildings spaced well apart. It is a manufactured home in a trailer neighborhood. Convenient to Roosevelt lake.

We love staying at this wonderful home. The owners, Ron and Wendy, are so easy to work with and they are very responsive. They have paid attention to every detail. The place is immaculate and has everything that you need for your stay. It is quiet and has a nice view. There is ample parking for a boat and for an extra fee there are hookups for an rv. We will be staying here again and again.

The premise was immaculately clean. This facility had everything you could possibly need and everything was fresh and clean. Best VRBO I've ever had the pleasure of renting. Would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Super nice!

This is our 2nd time renting this unit, but last time was for 1 night and this time, for Fall Break, we booked for 4 nights with our two kids (10 and 7) our Weiner Dog, Gus. Wendy and her husband are great leading up to and even during our stay, thank you for that. The Property is big enough if you have a trailer with a toy (we brought our CanAm) covered parking if you wish space just outside the front door; tons of room. Extra knick knacks throughout the House that helped, such as a foam cooler and games. House is super cute, clean, but I would suggest no more than 2 adults and 2 kids as it is a smaller unit. We will be back - thanks again!

Wow! This place exceeded our expectations in everyway. From the cleanliness and amenaties to the small bag with Qtips and nail file in the bathroom this place was just like being at home. Oh, forgot to mention the outstanding view from the porch. Last but not least Miss Wendy was quick to answer question and very helpfull. We truly look forward to our next trip.

Fireworks Escape

This was a super clean, nice little home. Every room was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. Views from the patio were gorgeous and we very much appreciated being able to bring our small dogs to escape the fireworks in the Valley. 5 stars all around and we look forward to staying here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
