The check-in process was a bit of a hassle but once we received the door code it was a pleasant stay. Only 3 rooms in the building, the AC can be both cooling or warming (and works very well), there is a small kitchen if needed.
Only issue is communicating with the host, I asked if we could drop off our luggage the night before, and I only received the answer way after we arrived in Tokyo. On the following night, a japanese lady arrived to her room on the 2nd floor, did not have the code and couldn't get in touch with the host. I had to help her finish her check-in process to get the code. There should be a Line account available to contact for fast answer
