While the room did have many amenities, it was quite dated. The massage chair in the room didn't work right and the leg part of it didn't work at all. The bed so had some visible damage around the baseboards. We didn't have time to reach out to the staff about any issues since we were only there for a night, but Im sure they would have resolved the issues as their service is top notch.

The front desk and luggage services were so friendly and nice. We got there early and as expected wasn’t able to check in until after 3pm, but the front desk had already taken all our information and so when our room was ready at 3pm they had already assigned us a room and taken our suitcases (that we left at bell services upstairs! It was the smoothest check in we’ve had this entire trip. My kids loved the hotel so much that they didn’t want to go. I really liked the free Disneyland shuttle they had and the frequency of the shuttle pickups. Although the night time pick up around 9:00 pm seemed really delayed this past Thursday. Dad
