Everything was great except for the room type description. We booked a semi double room, and the picture showed two beds, but the front desk staff said that a “double room” doesn’t necessarily mean two beds. They should update the picture so that customers won’t be confused. I was fine with having one bed, but some people might not be.

An affordable and convenient place to stay in Tokyo. If you took the Keisei skyliner, you arrive at Ueno, a good base for going around downtown. It was a comfortable and quiet stay and the staff were friendly.

Okay for one night but lower your expectations

Went to the Annex first then was told I had to go to the main hotel entrance to check in Complicated auto check-in was irritating as the staff had to explain what to do when it would have been faster for them to just do it. Same for check-out Poor WiFi - kept dropping throughout the stay Windows sealed shut so no air in the room Pillow hard and uncomfortable to sleep on so I rolled up the bath towel and slept on that

After checking in and given the keys Inwas told I had to walk out the entrance and go to another building where my room was, weird but okay. Other than that my room was nice and clean. Location isn’t good and there’s really nothing around the hotel. Catching a taxi there from Haneda airport was pretty expensive. All in all I would stay here if I planned on not doing anything but stay in my room.
