Location was great. Very close to the subway station and grocery market. Staffs were nice too. Unfortunately all the amenities like tv, ac, air purifier(?) were in Japanes so it was hard to operate. Wish they had English option or picture to explain.

Although it’s located a bit outside of central Tokyo but very close to Haneda Airport, it’s still easy to access Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara and other parts of Tokyo, thanks to the train station next to the hotel. The room was clean, beds comfortable and fast internet. The breakfast was ok with some Japanese things and also some western things.

Our flight was cancelled and United Airlines covered lodging for 1 night up to $200. This hotel was a 15 minute train ride away and it has met my expectations. I like a little more room but it was legitimately last minute and available same day, especially when hundreds of fellow passengers are booking everywhere within close proximity. I would definitely book here again if I were a solo traveler.

The staff was very helpful and professional, the breakfast was great(I highly recommend), the room very small as expected in Japan and wasn’t that clean. The hotel is very convenient as near Omori train station and a Family Mart is just outside. Near restaurant. Overall I would give 7/10 to be generous.
