Lyf was great! The rooms were nice and well organized, staff was friendly and gave some Japanese sweets to the kids, and chatted with them. The location was great and the available laundry room was useful.

Great location, walk to Mitsukoshi Ginza. The room is small but with many shelves. The room is clean. Bed, linen and pillows are comfortable. I had a good night sleep.

Great location. Literally steps from the train station. Room was tiny (while to be expected in Tokyo, there wasn't enough room to open my suitcase). The hotel is aesthetically very trendy but maybe less practical than other hotels that are a bit older. Quite noisy (traffic, constant banging noises coming from the hallway all night - would recommend packing earplugs).

Clean. Close to everything. Staff were kind. It's kids friendly. They offer a cute kids set with kids sized slippers at check-in. Also appreciated the later checkout time (even though we weren't able to enjoy it). Would 100% stay here again.
