The two biggest problems with lyf are that it's an uncomfortable cardboard box painted poorly and designed to be uncomfortable under the guise trendy. The other biggest problem is that despite the Orbitz promise of you only pay what you see online they charge additional fees at the front desk and don't provide receipts.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It’s in an excellent location with good transport connections to anywhere around Tokyo yet felt calmer than lots of the other districts we visited. Loved the convenience of the hotel and extra touches such as the robes, laundry facilities and kitchen area so we could eat in the shared dining space and don’t always have to eat out. The staff were always really helpful. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

What a fantastic stay. The room was well appointed with everything that one would need. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and was a great way to start the day. The staff was ALWAYS pleasant, smiling, and was able to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends who visit Tokyo.
