convenient location! Close to everywhere. Friendly!
Best location. Good service. Good breakfast. Clean room.
The hotel is dated and the carpet is dirty The front desk staff was not helpful
Buffet is excellent! Our room had a nice view of Shinagawa station.
I only used this hotel for sleeping, it was ok. The check I took awhile because they somehow confused my appointment even I had a clear itinerary. The room was very old, small, good enough but can be better for the price. It’s a convenient spot for sure. I’ll choose other hotels next time.
The hotel is a short walk from Shinagawa Station, which has access to the Narita Express (N'Ex), the Keikyu Line train to Haneda Airport, and the bullet train. Also, the hotel is close to numerous shops and restaurants, both western and Japanese. The hotel reception and guest service staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious (by Tokyo standards). The decor seemed a bit outdated, but it was well maintained.
We couldn’t easily find Keikyu Ex Shinagawa because the sign on the outside of the building said Shinagawa Goos. The young man at the front desk was friendly and polite. The room furniture was older, but the bath room was more updated. At first glance the room appeared to be clean, but when I husband went to use the toilet, there was a big “skid mark” in the toilet. Gross!! There was also a used straw on the floor next to the garbage can. Despite the convenient location across from the Shinagawa train station, I don’t think I would stay here again.
Nice hotel to stay. Service was excellent. Room is big enough for family and has nice view. The hotel is across the Shinawaga station, just 5 minutes of walking, which is very convenient.
We loved this place!! We usually stay at Shinagawa Prince but after staying here I won’t go back. The rooms are much bigger even the bathrooms. Big size fridge too. Plenty of restaurants and right across Shinegawa Station.. My go to hotel from now on.. FYI if you book the queen size bed room there is a massager chair. I was in heaven. Why didn’t any other hotel think of this..
Older clean & spacious rooms with typical amenities. Room is dated but 20+ year old decor well maintained. One confusing is outside name "Goos".
