Hotel close to train station and easy start point, room semi-clean hair around bathroom and room, room and bathroom size of shoe box, room overheated without possibility to lower temperatures, breakfast was not ready to serve large numbers of quests, kitchen girl could not keep up to refeel juice, milk, and bread, that was kind of race who first will get bread rolls, coffee machine was splashing around black liquid, some of it get into the cup, at one point we were waiting for milk, juice and water longer than 30 min, the spot for breakfast was not designated therefore one person always had to stay near it and keep it not to be taken by different tourists. Well I would think twice if I need to stay again in this hotel

Stayed in a twin room with a friend between 24 and 28 Nov 25. It's a pretty small space with little room to move around, but this is only to be expected of your typical business hotel in Tokyo. The room was well kept, with fresh towels provided daily and simple cleaning done once every two days. The staff was also warm and friendly, helping me check in and out with no frills.

The room was small, but tidy. Had shared washer/dryer combo machine which was very slow and didn’t fully dry clothes. Buffet breakfast was great! Stayed in a lot of fancier hotels and although this one had less selection, it still stood out. The staff were lovely. Great free amenities in the lobby for guests as required. Close to public transport and some cool izakayas in kanda. Close to imperial garden/castle. 7-eleven across the road. Would definitely stay here again! Great for first timers in Tokyo as it’s close enough and accessible to everything but not chaotic.

I really liked the location, it was easy to get too and the staff were all very kind and helpful! There are alot of resturaunts in the area, as well as convenience stores that have anything else you might need! I reccomend staying here!

We had to pay for the buffet breakfast separately. We only ate there 2 mornings out of the 6. Variety was ok and not too expensive. Room size ok. Blackout curtains great. There's a 7-11 right beside the hotel which is very convenient. Walking distance to kanda, otemachi and tokyo station.
