Good location, and friendly staff. Good price in the city of Tokyo

Although I was originally placed in a smoking room (my mistake) the staff kindly moved me to a non-smoking room. Breakfast was good, salad soup and bread. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. The hotel is convenient to the subway and lots of other transit options. There is Starbucks, Douter, and other smaller cafes nearby. Lots of food options and even a kayak adventure group.

This was good for the value. I'd recommend it. I've stayed here several times.

The price is fine and the room size is adequate, along with a free simple breakfast. Bring your own router if you want WiFi. They only have cable Internet, so if you want to use your phone via WiFi, take my advice.

Just 2 blocks from Metro where you can access entire town. Comp. breakfast in pleasant room. Very safe area.

15 mins walk to Tokyo station. Starbucks, FamilyMart, 7-Eleven nearby. Friendly staff. Room was small, but typical for Tokyo. Overall, very good value.

Yes, the only problem I had was communicating. Very few people at the Hotel spoke English well enough to comprehend. This I found to be the case in all of Tokyo, not just the Hotel so I don't blame the Hotel. They did there best to show me the directions I was asking about. I found everyone very very kind. One example of an employee at a department store not being able to understand me so he actually left his job with me to take me to a pharmacy to show me where it was.

Friendly staff very near train stop whoch makes it convenient clean although small room.

This hotel is very convenient for anybody that is new to japan. Has really good and cheap restaurants around. Breakfast was pretty good too! The staff is soooo nice! I just loved it!

Good location, room was small like most hotels in japan. only one thing is I landed early in the morning around 1030am however they didn't try to let me check in early and instead had to roam around till 2pm, other than that all ok.

the stay at this hotel was good. Staff was friendly. Language was a barrier.. the staff tried really hard.. the food was awesome..

It's good the price but be warned, no cleaning rooms after 2pm

This hotel is ideal for a lower cost Tokyo hotel. It is a 5 minute walk from a Metro station and very close to the fish market.

The key point, location location location is accomplished by this hotel pretty well. It's five minutes walk from the Tokyo City Airport Terminal, and two well connected metro lines. The rooms are pretty small, but then it's Tokyo. The breakfast is very basic, but gets you going. I can't say but good things about this hotel.

Breakfast was very basic. The weirdest thing was their policy where rooms aren't cleaned after 2pm. Sleep late and it's over. I had to argue with the staff to get my room cleaned after 2pm, and the sheets weren't changed. This 2pm policy should be posted on its description. Ridiculous. Room was satisfactory, small, clean when cleaned, nice bathroom. Location is close to Haneda, but you'll travel 30+ minutes to get to the heart of Tokyo. Pretty close to the metro Kayabacho Station exit 3. No wi-fi. Had to bring my own wireless router. Business district so you'll have to travel.

The location of the hotel is incredibly close to the Kayabacho metro station and T-CAT. Getting from and to Narita Airport is no issue by the Airport Limousine Bus. The staff is very courteous and pleasant. Their English is decent to answer common questions regarding the area and hotel services. My room was kept very clean and well stocked every night I came back. As a bonus, the hotel provides complimentary breakfast every morning. Overall, I think this hotel is a great value given the pricing and amenities. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

Spent a pleasant five days here while sightseeing in downtown Tokyo. Centrally located close to subway station with two good lines. Good food choices in neighborhood. Smallish room, but comfortabe with large window and all the amenities, except LAN in room not working.. Great staff. Available computer in lobby. Excellent, hot, buffet breakfast included with varying menu. Would certainly stay here again.

All the staff at the hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and polite. The morning breakfast was great and well laid out. Seating is more open after 8:30am, but otherwise, folks are happy to have you sit next to them. The room and bathroom were more than adequate for my needs and exceeded my expectations. With nearby Kayabacho metro station connecting you directly with most Tokyo tourist attractions as well as major metro stations for connecting metro lines in Tokyo, this hotel more than fulfills its promise.

My friend and I stayed two weeks in Tokyo and this hotel was really nice. It was in a great location in Tokyo so we usually didn't have to travel long distances unless we went outside of Tokyo. The breakfast was good and the room was always clean. The beds were nice, but if you have to have a really soft bed you may not be as comfortable. The bed was a bit hard, but not too hard. My friend and I were always comfortable. The hotel offered alot of amenities that I don't usually see in America. The staff was friendly and were happy to help in any way. My friend and I never heard any outside noises so sleeping was never interrupted. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient to the Metro and all Tokyo attractions. Room is small but very nice. Internet is fast and breakfast is enough for a quick bite in the morning. Great service!
