Staff were attentive and aimed to help with anything possible. Location was brilliant - can get there very easily from Haneda. Would definitely stay again - felt modern yet traditional, with the whole tea aspect a unique touch.

Very nice hotel. Japanese style. Free tea tasting, but had 1 encounter with 1 particular staff when we wanted 2nd serving of the tea, she doesn't seems too please. It may be just my subjective emotion. Otherwise the room is awesome, though a bit of walking but definitely worth the stay. I wished there were coin laundry. It would be perfect.

This is a great hotel, especially if you want to find calm while in a city of 37 million people. Though you won’t be right in the middle of the action, the joy of this city is that transit is exceptional and so anything you want to see is only a short walk / subway away. To me, the benefit of being able to get back to a quiet retreat after a busy day is priceless.

In the business district. Quiet area. 10 minutes walking distance from 2 different metro lines. Room was clean and decent size for Tokyo. Staff very helpful. Good aircon, wifi and dehumidifier was useful as was hard to dry our clothes. Close to a lot of convenience stores and restaurants.

Check in area is calming. Special tea is available at the lobby, staff prepare your choice. I also appreciated the staff recommendations for dinner. They kindly called the restaurants and made the reservations. Breakfast buffet is very delicious and with variety.
