Nice location by the Megaru river and several cafes and restaurants, close to parks with playground for kids and quick buss ride to central Shibuya. It was nice with a hotel with onsen, private Onsen is available where we could have a lower bath temperature to suit better for a young kid

The building and facilities are a little old, but it's a perfectly fine hotel. Check-in is done via touch panel, so it's manageable even if you don't speak Japanese. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the station, and there are discount stores nearby, making it very convenient. The only thing that bothered me was that there were no tissues in the room.

I love suburban neighborhood. Every time I stay in Tokyo, I visit new neighborhoods. It’s fun to walk along the river and see all the little cafés and coffee shops. It’s quite a change from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku. It’s nice that they have Onsen with a sauna. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We booked last-minute, so it was a little pricey... but we love it here. Comfortable, spacious room, helpful staff, tasty lobby tea (and noodles at night), and a delightful public bath and sauna! The only downside is how limited the women's bath hours are.
