This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This hotel was everything good other than without elevator. The place was so close to Koenji downtown and station easy to go around Tokyo. But should be considered there is no elevator despite the rooms are located 3rd and 4th floor on the building. Using stairs is the only way to approach to the rooms. I don’t recommend it to families with huge luggages. But the response from staff and Omotenashi was so great. If you want to feel Japanese hospitality this place is the one of the best.
