Well…room was tight! What really was annoying is NO COFFEE available until 10:00 am unless you bought their breakfast. So…off to 7-11 store across the street. Just crazy! And…there was no seating at all in the lobby. Arriving exhausted from international flight waiting to check in and they blocked off any seating area. Would not return to this hotel.

The rooms were spotless, the staff curteous and the location great. The included breakfast was just okay and I could see some people being dissapointed if there are expecting a European style breakfast. It was close to a lot of attractions and we walked everywhere. Don't let my breakfast comment deter you from staying here. I would stay here again.

Great hotel in convenient location. Its close to Shinjuku central area but in a quieter location. There are still lots of restaurants and bars close by. We had an apartment with kitchen which provided more space than the average Japanese hotel room and there is a good supermarket close by with lots of ready meals. The kitchen is small but well equipped
