This place is good for a night or if the intent is to catch the train easily to Haneda airport. The breakfast happened to be included in the booking and it was good enough and convenient. Would be fine without it too, lots of places around the area or catch a train somewhere else. The rooms tidy and at first seem clean. On closer inspection it is very dusty, the ventilation seem like it too and if you're prone to allergies just be aware. The walls had all sorts of splashes. The rainfall shower head had green mold on it... But the front desk was very helpful and proactive. I requested for the shower head to be cleaned and it was done right away! So I think there is room for improvement, maybe more so for certain departments and their standards. Not sure but I was very satisfied with the front desk and for that, I may book again for a night if needing to be close to Haneda.

Fantastic stay at this APA hotel. Very close to Haneda airport and Shinagawa station. You have two choices of major stations to ride: Kamata and Keikyu-Kamata. The former is busier than the latter. Shops and dining options abound the area, and more entertainment options near the Kamata area. The hotel is great and clean. Staff are polite, efficient, and very attentive. They can communicate well enough, and more complicated requests and inquiries they (and you should too) will use a translation app to help you as much as they can. Kudos to the the front desk for helping with all my requests like luggage transfer. A few things we would've liked better: the rooms can get a bit dusty. A bit more thorpigh cleaning of vents and such would be appreciated, but it is not deal-breaking. Second, the breakfast options are a bit limited. Staying multiple nights and having the breakfast option, they can get a bit tiring. Some variety would be great, but for what is in the menu - the food has been fantastic and filling. Cheers to the restaurant staff for being so attentive as well. Thank you so much for having us, and if I get a chance to stay in the Kamata area again, I would definitely pick this APA hotel once more.
