Clean, quaint, and pretty convenient

The title says it all. You'll be walking at least 10 minutes to anything, including the train station, but that didn't bother us. There are a couple konbini nearby, so you can stock up your fridge with morning food (since breakfast doesn't really exist anywhere). I personally loved the walk back home at night, either from Shinjuku or the Shin Okubo train station. Would definitely stay again!
