The house is situated in a wonderful, varied landscape made up of mountains, narrow valleys with a range of waterfalls, and unique hiking trails. In winter, it is home to the Feldberg (6 km) and very good winter sports options with over 50 km of slopes along with well groomed cross-country trails. Trip destinations include the Todtnauer waterfalls, Hasenhorn Coaster, Feldberg, Gletscherkessel Präg, Schluchsee.
