This property is all about the view from the balcony which is amazing! The location is great if you have a car. The property was fairly clean and as described. We did however have some issues with the state of the property and communication with the property manager. The pipe below the sink in the bathroom was completely broken so the sink was unusable. We reported this to the property manager on the first day and sent 2 reminders but it was never fixed. A minor thing was that the sheets were far too small for the bed and did not tuck in at the sides so we found ourselves directly on the mattress in the mornings. We came home feeling very mixed about this property. Although we wouldn’t warn people off staying here, it would not be our first choice in the future.

Studio apartment by the sea

Description on Expedia was misleading and therefore when we first arrived we were disappointed but as we got used to it, it was fine. Location was beautiful but quite remote. The on site restaurant was someone's house and you had 2 order 2 days in advance to eat there. Other restaurants were available in the area but we're a 20 min walk away along a busy road with no pavements so not good if you had children with you. Movida beach club was good though which was closer. The apartment has great views and a private hardstanding over the sea which was great but did not have enough sunbed, some of which were also broken. Kitchen was too tiny to cook in, no more than a cupboard and bathroom tiny too. Rest of the space was lovely and aircon was good. Shower broke whilst we were there and they fixed it immediately with no fuss. Excellent service. With a little bit of an update it could have been excellent but the badly thought out kitchen, paper thin towels and just bed sheets, no quilts made it feel cheap even though these things did not spoil the holiday. Location was peaceful and beautiful.

Beautiful Monet

Smart, modern, and comfortable apartment with stunning views. Warm welcome from NovaK. Very good management team who made themselves easily available and were efficient and attentive when required. Booking information suggests that there is a bar/restaurant/lounge. This is incorrect and the only reason that this is not the perfect score

The have wifi but only works in 10 m distance. No cleaning. After 3 days we found to speaking English language people.The room was good and large but bathroom and kitchen not enough space.

Sehr schönes Appartment direkt am Meer/ Bucht, toller Blick über die Bucht aus den Fenstern/ Balkon, kristallklares Wasser mit kleiner Treppe als Einstieg, große Terasse mit Liegen zum Entspannen, an der Straße Richtung Adria befinden sich mehrere kleine, sehr schöne, und nicht zu teure Restaurants mit Meeresblick, sehr netter Vermieter mit gutem und prompten Antworten auf Fragen

Goeie ligging van het appartement, tenminste als je over een auto beschikt. Ook zeer mooi gelegen aangezien je letterlijk onmiddellijk het water in kan. Men was zeer behulpzaam bij het inchecken (er is geen balie, je dient het overhandigen van de sleutels zelf met de eigenaars te regelen). Het bed was echter niet zeer comfortabel, alsook hadden we 's nachts last van het straatlicht dat door de voordeur kwam. Verder is deze accommodatie zeker OK. Minpuntje: er ging 20% extra van onze rekening, terwijl wij nooit iets hebben gewijzigd noch geannuleerd... We contacteerden hotels.com hieromtrent (intussen reeds 3 weken geleden!) en kregen nog geen gehoor... Hopelijk raakt dit uitgeklaard.

Nice place to stay and the view was spectacular. It’s outside of the most turistic places so it’s very peaceful place but you should have a car if you stay here.
