When I arrived, I was the only person in the entire lobby. The gentleman at the counter greeted me, but in a disinterested/distracted way, and while he was checking me in, took what seemed to be a business-related call in front of me and made me wait for prob ten minutes. I was exhausted from a full day of travel! Finally, a lady came walked up to ask if I had been helped and I asked her to take over. She checked me in in a matter of minutes and I was up in my room. The room was SWELTERING! The thermostat was set down to 64 degrees, but it was showing the room temp at 81 degrees. With the humidity, it felt like 100! The fridge was also hot, as if it had just been turned on. By the time I got settled in, I was sweating and had to change to just get out of the hotel for a bit to cool off. By that point, a younger gentleman was at the counter and was very friendly and helpful. I returned to my room about 7 hours later, and it was still 76 degrees and humid in the room. It was too warm for me to sleep comfortably.
