This rental villa was built on a plot of land with a total area of 1700 m2 with a living space of 353 m2 and is divided into ground floor, first floor and basement, mutually connected by internal stairs.
On the terrace of this modern villa there is a heated pool of 25 m2 surrounded by deck chairs. There is also a summer kitchen with a dining table and chairs for 10 people. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower.
This vacation villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two guest toilets. Guests also have a gym, sauna and jacuzzi at their disposal.
