Driving into the hacienda felt like entering a luxurious private island within Tijuana. Staff was very friendly professional and responsive. Would definitely stay again

Staff were friendly and kind, no issues checking in or checking out. Constantly having plumbing and water issues, they stated they needed I change filtered mostly in the morning, mid days and some nights. On our second day we encountered a RAT in the ceiling. When we called the front desk they didn’t believe us, they did upgrade our room to a master suite but no apologies where given for this issue.

Coffee in room but no cream or sugar. Very noisy during the day and early evening. It appears that workers were yelling at each other outside my room. I could hear the people upstairs walking around whenever they were in the room. 2 restaurants?
