Appartement correct mais sans plus

Appartement refait à neuf avec un espace optimisé. emplacement en hauteur, à 5 min à pieds des remontées mécaniques et du point de rencontre ESF. Cependant, pas de canapé ni fauteuil dans le séjour, vous passerez la semaine assis sur des chaises ce qui est assez fatiguant. Un ménage de surface est réalisé, en poussant les lits nous sommes tombés sur de la saleté et des sacs de chips ... En ce qui concerne la relation avec l'agence, pas d'état des lieux entrant, par contre, vous déposez un chèque de caution de 1500€ que l'agence retient et qu'elle pourrait vous restituer sous une 10 jours conditionnée par l'état des lieux sortant, le passage de la femme de ménage et toute signalisation du futur locataire ... une pratique illégale tout simplement.
