arrival.

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The apartment has no utensils to wash the dishes in the sink. Not even a cloth. The bathrooms do not have hand soap or shower gel or shampoo. The kitchen utensils are worn and scratched, especially the pans. There are no garbage bags and toilet paper is very scarce. We ordered an Italian coffee maker and they didn't answer us. Bad attention from the manager

disappointing arrival

To arrive in the evening to an unserviced villa was very disappointing.... 2 of the 3 beds had been slept in and dirty towels piled up! We managed to buy bedding at a local supermarket so we could sleep there.....(trying to book alternative accommodation at 10pm was difficult)On a plus point the location was good for us as we had a hire car, short drive to/from the airport. Cafe opposite for coffee/breakfast. Small (cold) pool and plenty of seating/loungers.NB. it is in a residential area, not a tourist area, so your neighbours are local residents. Some may be put off by their barking dogs!I've tried to contact the owner for some compensation, even just a refund of the bedding we had to buy! But he doesn't seem interested.I would not book here again.

La casa está muy bien, muy amplia, cómoda y moderna, perfecta para una familia con niños. Bien ubicada para conocer la isla, fácil acceso a todas partes e, 15-30 min.Supermercado a 3 min. y pastelería en frente.Echamos en falta un mínimo de elementos básicos para la llegada: Sal, alguna esponja y bayeta, jabón para los platos, una botella de agua... etc .

Schöne Villa schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa.Es war alles sauber. Zwischendurch wurden Handtücher und Betten gewechselt.Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Was wir als störend empfanden waren die Hunde in der Neben Villa. Ständiges gebelle. Aber dafür kann der Besitzer unserer gebuchten Villa nichts.
