Trying to be constructive, Most beds need upgrading. Grill was filthy. Frying pan had coating peeling. Can opener broken. Doesn't sleep 12 & only sits 10. We had to buy forks & knives, Can opener,softer pillows. Master bed comfy. We still enjoyed the property but think it can be improved.

Contact with the host was good. The house was spacious and location was good. We were disappointed with the kitchen supplies. Lack of tea towels, shortage of silverware and dishwasher soap. The basement had a musty smell.

Beautiful, clean & roomy house for a group Close to town but in a new residential area. Comfortable beds. Provided bath towels, but no hand towels or wash clothes. Kitchen was equipped except for lack of t-towels. TV uses Roku so if you want to watch sports, etc. you need to have your own subscription Other than these minor items, the house is a fabulous place to visit with friends and family. We enjoyed our time there.

Upon our arrival the home looked as it was represented. As we settled we noticed things that needed some attention. There was a review by an August renter who addressed many of our same concerns, but none seem to be resolved. Home is in need of a good deep clean…carpet needs replaced, windows and blinds need cleaned, screens are torn, chairs were damaged, beds need replaced (missing bed frame, uncomfortable and unclean king mattress), unkept lawn and deck is in need of maintenance. Neighborhood seemed pleasant, kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware. We would stay again if the concerns were addressed. It was comfortable for the 6 of us and in a good location for our travels.

The home is an excellent size for a bigger party. The common areas are a great size for eating and hanging out as a group. The bedrooms are large with lots of storage space and there are several bathrooms to allow for privacy even with larger groups. Multiple showers maximizes prep time for days of activities and/or special events. The home is approximately 15/20 minutes from most local attractions. No issues getting a uber when required. Would recommend.

Overall very good house and very spacious. Unfortunately beds were very uncomfortable and we had to go out and get fans because it got very hot. Otherwise very nice stay.Host need yo add more details on the garbage there wasn’t much instructions on that.

House was exactly what we needed for our occasion and we are pleased overall.  Large and well-appointed.  However, for the size and capacity advertised, it was not adequately furnished or supplied – for example, you cannot really cook and have a sit down meal with 12 people.  Our initial impression was wow, nice place.  But after removing our shoes and walking through the home, you could feel the grit and grime on our feet, even on the carpet, and were compelled to put our shoes back on; those who didn't ended up with very dirty socks.  We would have cleaned the flooring but the cleaning supplies were not useable; we were told that cleaning supplies would be dropped off the next morning - they were never.  Further, during our stay, we found the kitchen equipment was cheap and felt like it was a collection of used, discarded items from other people's homes or items picked up at a garage sale or the dollar store.  Defects in the home include but are not limited to:  broken towel rack in the basement bathroom; dents and marks on the walls and doors throughout; broken kitchen chair; dirty kitchen utensils (in the drawers); dirty kettle we couldn't trust to use; slow drains in kitchen sink and main upper floor bath.

Bed sheets missing, No kitchen towels, only 3 face cloths for 8 people, pots and pans need updating, stove top damaged, not enough silverware eating utensils, they should have ceiling fans or room fans for summer, very hot upstairs, no garage parking, outlet in basement did not work.

Quiet home with easy access to wineries and falls

We were two families getting out of the city for an extended weekend. The house was in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a nice playground within walking distance. As we had young children, it was great for them to have access to the park. The house itself was very spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen had enough plates and cooking utensils as well as some appliances for making meals. Getting to the falls and the wineries was easy. It was about a 15 minute drive. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property for anyone visiting the Niagara falls area.
