Stayed here for one night during a business trip to the Netherlands. What a beautiful hotel! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are spotless whilst being trendy and modern. There's a lovely lounge area and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. It's in a very convenient location to walk into the centre of The Hague, with a few delicatessen type shops across the road for snacks or gifts. The hotel will also hire you a bike for free should you wish, just ask at reception. The only negatives are the car park is very small and quite awkward to navigate into, so be careful. So I imagine that could cause a problem..but there is on-street parking which is free in the evenings I think. The stairs are also particularly steep for non-Dutch guests. Note there is a lift, but be careful of those stairs if you are not used to steep ones! Would definitely recommend! :-)
We stayed here for 7 nights, and thus perhaps we got the use of what was quite a very large room. There was a small fridge, microwave, cutlery and plates, so we could heat up and have a meal in house (the is a supermarket 30 sec walk away). The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was light and airy. There was a buffet breakfast, which along with the coffee was excellent. The hotel is located about a 20min walk from the old centre of The Hague, but its a very pleasant walk lined with beautiful buildings. There are plenty of nearby eateries and overall the hotel is located in a nice area. You can get to the hotel by taking a 5min tram ride and 10min walk. Very easy if your luggage has wheels. The staff were extremely helpful, assisting us with recommendations on places to eat, printing boarding passes, ordering taxis etc etc. We had an enjoyable stay and would happily return.
Very unique for the atmosphere of the hotel is the kindness of the staff. In addition it represents a hotel in the stadsvilla style. At least the two rooms we gad were so different, but each of it special! Compliment! Only for family not the cheapest solution, but for a special event, like ours good
Small and secure hotel with good access via nearby tram to city etc. Welcoming and attentive staff, good sized and comfortable room. Has well-equipped lounge adjacent to reception. Breakfast was included and very good. Only real downside was that there was a large group also staying there and they tended to take over, and be permitted to take over, the premises - felt pushed out of the lounge and breakfast due to the numbers and noise.
Although I have stayed in this hotel many times before (both by myself as well as with family) it is always a pleasure to return to it. The location of the hotel is great, very easy to go anywhere in the area. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and it is nicely clean. The beds are quite good as well.
I really liked my stay at your hotel thanks to the quietness of my room, its very pretty view on the sunset, and the extreme serviceability of the staff. They made sure my requests were acceded to as swiftly and complety as possible (including letting me borrow vases for flowers). I never felt like I was an annoyance; on the contrary, I felt like my comfort and satisfaction was their priority. I truly appreciated! Danke vell!
I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip, where the hotel was not picked and paid by myself. The checkin was very fast, and the staff very friendly.. Great atmosphere. The hotel is very small, and it feels a little cramped. There is not elevator, and the stairs up to the rooms is very steep. Not for old people. The rooms is small, and feels like small apartments that you could rent through Airbnb. It was very clean, and everything worked fine. Even though the TV setup was old, and the picture not that good from the bed. Could be updated to a more modern solution. The hotel offers free wifi, and it worked very well. The breakfast room is also small, but thats okay... When I came in, I was still very tired, and at first I thought all the tables was used, and not cleaned, but when I looked again, it was the way it was placed with the chairs places across, and the napkins not lying flat and straight. Very strange way for presenting a room, but nevermind... it worked as supposed. The breakfast selection is very small, and I really missed some ketchup for my scrambled eggs. No bacon.
Great hotel. Very cosy environment I the hot and friendly service. Easy parking an great breakfast with wide range of choices. Knowledgeable food and hiking tips at the reception. One suggestion for the difficult sleepers: ask a backside room. Frontside is slightly noisy.
Small boutique hotel ideally situated in Den Haag. Bar, rooms, restaurant etc and the staff all of high quality and helped our 4 night stay to be highly enjoyable. The Hague itself is a great place to go with so many good restaurants, museums etc..
Great hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms are nicely decorated, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. The area around is lovely, with many restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away. There's also a supermarket just around the corner for other essentials.
