I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with a recent experience that left my family—eight people in total—stranded without accommodation.Despite having a confirmed booking through your platform, we arrived to find that our accommodation was unavailable. This situation caused significant distress and inconvenience for my entire family. We immediately contacted Vrbo support and spent over 2.5 hours on the phone attempting to resolve the issue, but no resolution or alternative accommodation was provided.This level of service is entirely unacceptable, especially given that we trusted Vrbo to ensure our lodging was secured. This townhome is lovely and was perfect for our family. Our stay was comfortable and cozy. This host has thought of everything. Meal time was easy as all utensils, dinnerware were available, on site laundry was so handy. The unit is spacious with lots of natural light. It's perfect walking distance to the Village. The pool and facilities are lovely. We will definitely be booking this site in the near future and I've already recommended it to friends and family 5 stars!
