TrĂšs bonnes vacances !

Le logement est trÚs propre et au calme, trÚs bien aménagée. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par Alberto, ses ùnes et ses chats. Les enfants ont adoré jouer avec les chats. La ville de Teulada est à 5mn de voiture et les plages à partir de 15mn de voiture. Logement à recommander sans problÚme.

Meravigliosa!

Ho trascorso una settimana con la mia famiglia nella casa di Alberto, credo di non aver mai conosciuto un proprietario cosĂŹ premuroso e disponibile, attento ad ogni nostra esigenza . Ci ha accolti con un cesto stupendo di frutta fresca! La casa pulita e fornita di tutto, contornata da un giardino curatissimo con prato verde e tantissime piante tutte diverse! La posizione Ăš perfetta per raggiungere le spiagge piĂč belle e il paese di Teulada. Ci sono dei meravigliosi gattini e asini adiacenti al giardino. Davvero tutto perfetto, spero di tornarci presto!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit großem GrundstĂŒck - abseits der Touristenströme. Alberto ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und gibt viele nĂŒtzliche Tipps. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem tollen Obstkorb und kalten GetrĂ€nken empfangen. Danke Alberto. Wer Tiere mag, ist hier gern gesehener Gast. Viele Katzen (auch Jungtiere) und einige Esel sind direkte Nachbarn. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Tolle Unterkunft fpr Familienurlaub

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in den HĂŒgeln vor Teulada und bietet Ruhe und Natur. Die Esel am GrundstĂŒck waren das Highlight fĂŒr unsern 4jĂ€hrigen Sohn. Wie waren begeistert von der Unterkunft, sie bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gemĂŒtlich. Unser Vermieter Alberto war sehr nett, hat Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge gegeben und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Great villa / Tolle Villa

Alberto was so kind to take us from Teulada to the villa as we arrived late. We were welcomed with drinks in the fridge, fruit, tomatoes, traditional biscuits and other delights on arrival. The villa had all amenities listed on the website and everything was in exceptionally good condition. The villa was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were good. The next morning we were able to enjoy the two lovely terraces as well as the well-kept garden. Our children particularly enjoyed the cats (were allowed to feed them) and the donkeys. The villa is in a perfect location to smaller and larger beaches which can be reached within 10-20 minutes. The landscape is stunning and the southwestern part of Sardinia is quieter than than the southeastern part. A pharmacy and three well-stocked supermarkets are located in Teulada (5 minute drive). Here you can find a good pizzaria and there are other dining options in close proximity. Alberto can provide good tips. Overall, the house is great value for what we paid and the owners are very welcoming as well as attentative. Thank you Alberto for a wonderful week! Kurze Zusammenfassung auf Deutsch: Tolles Haus mit allem was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub braucht (voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, gute Betten, sauber, tolle Terrassen und Garten) gute Lage zu StrĂ€nden und Ausflugsziele im Umkreis, SupermĂ€rkte/Apotheke nur fĂŒnf Minuten mit dem Auto weg und nicht zuletzt tolle Gastgeber. Ferienwohnung auf großem gepflegtem GrundstĂŒck in hĂŒgeliger Umgebung

Alberto empfing uns in Teulada und fĂŒhrte uns zu dem etwas außerhalb von Teulada entfernten Ferienhaus. Auf dem großzĂŒgigen, gepflegten GrundstĂŒck finden sich abgezĂ€unt vier liebe Esel und fĂŒnf liebe Katzen. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus zwei unabhĂ€ngigen Ferienwohnungen, welche jeweils ihren eigenen Terrassen- und Gartenbereich haben. Unsere Ferienwohnung war großzĂŒgig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen individuellen Urlaub benötigt. Hervorgehoben muss auch der BegrĂŒĂŸungskorb mit superleckerem GebĂ€ck, Obst, Tomaten. Der KĂŒhlschrank enthielt Mineralwasser, Bier und Butter. Es war ein außerordentlich guter und ĂŒberraschender Empfang. Nochmals vielen Dank an Alberto! Es war alles super. Vom Ferienhaus sind auch der Hafen Teulada mit einer empfehlenswerten Bar, in welcher neben diversen GetrĂ€nken auch Fisch und MeeresfrĂŒchte angeboten werden, und die tollen StrĂ€nde der SĂŒdkĂŒste schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. In Teulada gibt es einige kleine SupermĂ€rkte und Eiscafes. Die Gegend ist insgesamt sehr fĂŒr einen Urlaub zu empfehlen und wenn Sie diesen in Albertos Haus verbringen, wird es Ihnen an nichts fehlen!

Schömes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Garten im Hinterland

Wir haben 9 Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und wurden von Alberto und seiner Schwester sehr nett empfangen. Es gab einen riesigen Obstkorb sowie GetrĂ€nke, Butter und Marmelade fĂŒr uns. Was super war, denn wir sind Sonntag mittags angekommen und die LĂ€den in der nĂ€heren Umgebung waren schon geschlossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine gemĂŒtliche Terrasse, auf der man gerne von den 5 Katzen besucht wird, die auch dort "wohnen". Nebenan stehen 4 sĂŒĂŸe Esel. Es gibt diverse Liegen im Gartenbereich und einen genauerten Grill. Jeden Morgen geht eine Sprenkleranlage an, dadurch ist alles schön grĂŒn. Wir waren von der Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft von Alberto sehr angetan. Die einzigen negativen Punkte waren das teilweise sehr laute und lange anhaltende Hundegebell nachts in der Umgebung und die Straße, die man aber nur gehört hat, wenn das Schlafzimmerfenster offen war. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Bis nach Teulada sind es 5 Minuten und bis zum nĂ€chsten Strand ca. 20 Minuten. Wer eine tolle Unterkunft inmitten der Natur und weit ab von den Touri-Orten sucht, ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Vielen Dank nochmal an Alberto!

Kleines Paradies

Wir sind mit Obst, GetrĂ€nken und sardischen Köstlichkeiten von Alberto begrĂŒĂŸt worden. Er ist eine sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der auch Reisetipps gibt oder auf Wunsch einen Platz im Restaurant reserviert. . Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits von Teulada, ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Auf dem großem GrundstĂŒck kann man die Ruhe genießen und sich gerne auch mit den Katzen und Eseln beschĂ€ftigen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Teulada ist eine kleine Stadt, die alles bietet, was benötigt wird. CafĂ©, Eisdiele, selbstgemachte Nudeln und gute Restaurants. Wer die Ruhe liebt und gerne einfach nur nichts tun möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Wir durften 2 tolle Wochen in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus verbringen. Wir wurden mit feinen Köstlichkeiten begrĂŒsst, womit sich der erste Einkauf bereits erledigt hatte. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen sehr gepflegten Garten, auch Katzen und vier Esel gehören dazu, was das Haus zum Familienparadies nacht. Alberto der Gastgeber hat sich herrvorragend um uns gekĂŒmmert, uns fehlte es an nichts.

Villa tout confort dans un cadre enchanteresque.

Nous remercions le propriétaire Alberto pour son accueil chaleureux, ses attentions (son panier généreux de fruits et légumes murs, ses spécialités sardes sans oublier ses boissons fraßches) et ses conseils avisés de sorties dans un trÚs bon français. Les piÚces de la villa ont des proportions généreuses, sont climatisées et la terrasse couverte donne sur un immense jardin arboré et fleuri. Les enfants ont apprécié l'accueil des chats et des quatre ùnes, les adultes le calme sur les hauteurs et les nombreuses plages de Teulada aux eaux turquoises avec une vue à 360 degrés sans constructions. Une voiture est nécessaire pour profiter de la région, notamment de la route panoramique.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir dieses Haus gewĂ€hlt und wurden auch nicht enttĂ€uscht. Wir hatten bisher noch nie so einen tollen Vermieter,so herzlich und hilfsbereit, nochmals vielen Dank, lieber Alberto. Wir sind immer noch ganz fasziniert und wĂŒrden das Haus wieder buchen. Das Highlight unserer Kinder waren die drolligen Esel und die Katzen, die sie sogar fĂŒttern durften.

Tolle Unterkunft im echten sardischen Leben

Unser Herbsturlaub hat uns schon oft nach Sardinien gebracht. FĂŒr uns ist es dabei immer wichtig einen Platz zum Wohnen zu finden welcher Abseits der TouristenplĂ€tze liegt. Teulada ist ein Ort mitten im echten sardischen Leben. Mit der leckeren BĂ€ckerei welche am Abend auch Pizza zum mitnehmen zubereitet, der tollen frischen Pasta im Ortskern, den Bar's fĂŒr den FrĂŒhstĂŒckskaffee den kleinen LebensmittellĂ€den und und und. Von Teulada aus erreicht man nette StrĂ€nde in der Umgebung und auch ein Ausflug in die Berge ist möglich. Nachdem wir schon letztes Jahr in Teulada waren, die Unterkunft aber fĂŒr dieses Jahr schon belegt war, sind wir nach langem Suchen in der generellen Gegend eher durch Zufall auf Albertos Haus gestossen. Es wurde ja schon viel ĂŒber Alberto und sein Haus hier von anderen Bewohnern geschwĂ€rmt und ich kann dies nur voll bestĂ€tigen. Alberto ist ein Host der Sonderklasse. Wegen einem spĂ€ten und dann auch noch verspĂ€teten Flug kamen wir erst tief in der Nacht beim Haus an. Alberto war trotzdem zur Stelle und empfing uns ĂŒberaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Noch nie sind wir in einer Unterkunft mit einem Korb mit frischen GemĂŒse und Obst und vielen anderen Leckereien empfangen worden. Das ist schon fast zu viel des Guten ;) Die Kommunikation mit Alberto lief schon vor der Ankunft und auch wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs vollkommen unkompliziert und mehr als zuvorkommend ĂŒber WhatsApp. Alberto spricht selbst kein Deutsch oder Englisch nutzt aber Google Translate fĂŒr die Kommunikation ob per WhatsApp oder in Person was super funktioniert. Alberto hilft immer gern bei Fragen und Anliegen. Toll!!! Da im Oktober keine Feuergefahr mehr besteht haben wir auch den Pizzaofen des Hauses nutzen können - hier muss man sich natĂŒrlich viel Zeit nehmen da es lange braucht bis der Ofen auf Temperatur gebracht ist. Das Haus liegt angenehm abgeschieden ausserhalb Teuladas in ruhiger Umgebung und ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Bilder hier auf FEWO geben absolut akkurat wieder was man vor Ort vorfindet. Im Haus befindet sich noch eine zweite Wohnung von der man aber nicht viel mitbekommt. Toller Urlaub...

Wir möchten gar nicht alles wiederholen, was bereits in den Bewertungen geschrieben wurde, daher nur ein paar Worte zu den Dingen die uns besonders in Erinnerung geblieben sind. TraumstrĂ€nde!!! Ein Auto ist allerdings zwingend erforderlich, sowohl um die StrĂ€nde zu erreichen, als auch um die tĂ€glichen Dinge zu erledigen. Tolles Haus. Es ist freistehend und kann von außen nicht eingesehen werden. Wer Ruhe und ausreichend Platz sucht ist hier genau richtig. Abschließend noch ein paar Worte zu Alberto, dem Vermieter. TOP!!! Er steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Nie aufdringlich. Wir sind noch nie so empfangen worden... Vielen Dank Alberto!!!

We strongly confirm EVERYTHING positive that all the tourists list here about the apartment, the garden and the host Alberto: You will have an excellent time and Alberto will give 120% to support that; he is extraordinarily generous and ready to help. He has prepared a book in 4 languages with important information about the house, waste separation and recommendations about supermarkets or restaurants. When we arrived at the airport, we had to postpone our arrival several times because we had to wait three hours (!) for our rental car. Alberto reacted all the time politely and flexible. Because the other holiday guests have described sufficiently all the advantages of the cottage, we just want to add additional information: In the neighbourhood there are just some other houses in larger distance. You will enjoy the silence (if the dogs further away don’t get crazy), the complete darkness at night and the privacy because you won’t see the neighbours. The holiday chalet is not very close to the main road and the street leading to the house is full of big stones. Because many roads to the beaches are similar, you should definitely choose an adequate insurance if you travel by car on hire. In the house exists also a basement flat. During our holiday there was no one there and you probably would not see each other because it has a separate entrance and another terrace, everything out of your field of vision. In the household we saw many things that are not self-evident in holiday apartments, for example soap, spices (no need to bring salt 😊), garbage bags and all the presents Alberto offers you as a welcome gift. Fortunately, one bedroom, the bathroom and the living room have a window with mosquito net, but you should bring sprays with you because the gnats will eat you 😊 The internet connection and the washing machine are good and there are two clothes horses with clothes pegs. The donkeys live in a fenced area and Alberto feeds them every evening. It’s up to you to feed the five cats and because every one of them has its own character, the chance is high that you will like one. Since the two places to sit outside are well roofed, you can also spend time outside when it’s hot or when it rains and the tables are big enough to eat there. Due to the big garden, the animals and the green plants around you will enjoy your little paradise 😊 Highly recommended.

ein wunderbarer Ausgangpunkt, den SĂŒden Sardiniens zu entdecken!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderbar! Die Kinder hatten Spass mit den Katzen und den Eseln. Eine sehr ruhige, lĂ€ndliche Lage - jedoch nicht weit nach Teulada, wo es gute Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt. Die schönen StrĂ€nde sind auch gut zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Alberto ist sehr nett und hilft ĂŒberall weiter. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Urlaub!

Great place to discover South Sardinia

How amazing was our stay at Alberto's! We spent a wonderful stay in this lace in a perfect location to rest. The house was very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The 5 cats to feed each evening is a way to feel at home quite quickly as well. The cherry in the cake is Alberto: this is a very kind person who prepared us a special gift we will never forget. THANK YOU!
