The hotel has low water pressure when flushing toilets. We moved rooms due to the slow refill in room. The second room was slightly better. Our bed (queen) had access on only one side with no nightstand on one side of the bed. Bed was noisy with creaking springs or foundation. Staff was polite and responsive.

Room was what I have come to expect from this Candlewood Suites- spacious, clean, nice amenities! But the best thing is the staff. The young lady who checked me in (Heidi, I think) was helpful and very friendly to chat with. I’ll be back!!

The curtains and drain on the kitchen sink where brocken. On weekends they don’t have anybody to fixed until Monday. They should have plan “B” for that situation. Besides that, everything was great, and the employees were excellent.

I attempted to shower at 5P, no water. I called front desk and was told they were "working on a pipe" and it should be fixed in about an hour. Then i was called during dinner and told I could shower but would only have hot water until 9P as there would be no hot water from 9P-12A. Therefore I rushed back from dinner in order to actually get a shower.

Everything was very nice, the only thing i did not like was one side of the bed was against the wall, so since there was two of us in the room, one had to scooch down to the end of the bed to get off the bed, or climb over the partner.
