O hotel é bem organizado e com excelente atendimento. A estrutura é confortável e o café da manhã é bom, o que torna a experiência, à primeira vista, bastante agradável. Porém, há um ponto muito importante que compromete seriamente a qualidade da estadia: existe uma quadra esportiva ao lado do hotel, e os quartos localizados na parte de trás sofrem com barulho extremamente intenso durante a madrugada. Há gritos, apitos e partidas que se estendem até cerca de 3h da manhã, tornando praticamente impossível dormir. Infelizmente, o isolamento acústico não é suficiente para esse tipo de ruído, o que impacta diretamente o descanso especialmente para quem viaja a trabalho ou precisa acordar cedo. Sugiro fortemente que o hotel informe esse detalhe aos hóspedes no momento da reserva e, se possível, ofereça opções de quartos na parte frontal para quem busca silêncio. No mais, a estrutura é muito boa, mas o ruído noturno precisa ser considerado.

Quarto simples, com camas bem confortáveis e ar condicionado funcionando bem. O banheiro estava muito limpo mas acredito que poderia passar por uma reforma para renovar a instalação. Possui kit de banho muito bom, exceto toalhas que estavam manchadas/antigas. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! Coloca o de muito hotel 5 estrelas no bolso. Produtos regionais de excelente qualidade. A localização do hotel é excelente, fica ao lado de shopping e próximo a padarias e delicatessen. O hotel também tem estacionamento coberto. Recomento pelo custo x benefício.
