Stayed in this hotel when it was the noelia sur. I’ve got to say it’s now a beautiful hotel, staff really friendly, rooms really clean, food really good. Everything what everyone wants is in this hotel. I would recommend it anyone.

This was our second stay at this hotel .Checkin was very efficient, was given room no 254 which was looking out over beds and pool area ,had sun all day on our balcony .The sunbeds under our balcony were amazing double beds were so comfortable and anyone could use them.Food at the hotel was fabulous couldn't fault it something for everyone .Staff were super friendly .Will definitely return again.

Had the most amazing time here! Perfect for couples and the customer service is incredible! The hotel itself is beautiful and really modern. Great eating area with a outside and inside option and plenty of seats to choose from. The pool areas (2 to choose from) are also amazing, this really made the holiday, as we didn't have to get up at silly times to get a good place. Some people did save seats early but even if you don't there are still seats free in good places! The pool upstairs has a beautiful view and a handy bar near, good place to chill out as it's not as busy as the other area. The rooms are lovely and clean and they have everything you need including a hair dryer and fridge. My boyfriend and I wanted double bed but we got twins however once asked to change they were very accommodating and manage to put a mattress topper so it made it into a massive comfy double! Much better than a normal double! Hotels location is good very near the center and you could certinally walk to most places you wanted to! We had a hire car and the only issue was the parking as it can be a bit crazy outside so I few laps during peak season was needed. The food was good, a wide variation and pretty much anything you wanted! It also changed each night which was much better and exciting! Again good service and we were well looked after! We would also highly recommend going to the water park which is very near by and a bus comes to pick you up for free! It's incredible and a good day out! Well worth the money. The beach near by is also beautiful and there is plenty of places to eat close. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and the hotel really made it for us! Great people, great place and amazing hotel. Would highly recommend here and I will certinally be coming back if I ever visit Tenerife again! Loved it, so thank you for making the holiday so special and one to remember!

Tigotan Lovers and Friends is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From start to finish the service, cleanliness and the whole experience cannot be faulted. We arrived at the hotel around 3ish (when check in begins) and were seen to immediately. The receptionists were all very friendly and happy to help. All the information about the hotel was clearly explained to us and we were even given a complimentary glass of cava which was a nice touch. Prior to our stay, I had informed the hotel that it would be mine and my boyfriend's anniversary and in the room written across the mirror was "happy anniversary!" And a bottle of cava was left on the dressing table which we both thought was extremely thoughtful. The room itself was well decorated and clean. Our room (441) faced the main road outside the hotel which did cause a bit of background noise, however we weren't really bothered as we are used to the racket of living underneath Manchester Airports flight path. There was plenty of variety during breakfast. Everything is fresh and replenished when need be. The waitresses and waiters offered excellent service and all with a timely manner. During the day, the animation team put on activities around the pool: foam party, volleyball, beer pong etc. The foam party was very fun and was a good way to get everyone into the pool. Dinner was beautiful every night; again there is much variety from Chinese to pizza to steak to fish and every night the chefs were always cooking something different from the previous night. Again service was excellent. Finally, at night the animation team would host the entertainment in the outside bar where you can watch singers, dancers, acrobatics, magicians etc. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, and want to give a massive thank you to Hannah and Blast from the animation team and Raul and Jose M from the bar for all looking after me and my boyfriend. You are all a credit to the hotel. Another thing I noticed was that there was a lot of disabled access around the hotel which will be very helpful for some people.

Wonderful service. We had a bit trouble with the mini fridge and the toilet, few minutes later someone came and fixed everything. Chefs and waitresses are all wonderful and always smiling. Will recommend this place for sure, will love to stay again :)

Didn't have the best of starts, as upon arrival, we were allocated a ground floor room, with a faulty safe, which to their credit, they rectified as we had our evening meal. Reception allocated us another room on the 3rd floor the following day, which was excellent, very clean, comfortable & quiet. The overall experience was very good. As it is an adults only hotel, the ambience was very relaxing, especially in the dining room. The food was of a very high standard, although there was a little bit of repetition with the evening menu. A slight niggle was with the queues around the show cooking, which could be improved by segregating the fish & meat cooking. The pool area is very good. The best compliment I can give, is that the staff are very friendly, attentive & a credit to the hotel. The manager, Bart is very approachable & is visible everyday doing a walk around the hotel & pool area. Would I return. YES in a heartbeat. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The Cafe de Mar on the roof is amazing but pricey. Location of the hotel is excellent & close to all amenities.

Stayed here for a week in June with my boyfriend. We could not have asked for a better week. The design of the hotel is beautiful from walking in to reception to the rooms. We treated ourselves to a suite which I would strongly recommend as very spacious with large balcony and jacuzzi bath with great views. We stayed half board exclusive which meant we had breakfast and dinner with use of the exclusive lounge from 10am each day. This lounge had a great selection of drinks and nice area to relax in. Only down side was you could only drink within this area and not take drinks out with you. The breakfast and dinner were great with a large choice each day. We also got access twice in the week to the restaurant which was lovely too. The pool areas couldn't have been better especially the roof top area with infinity pool and cocktail bar. Also loved the Bali style beds at pool side. The staff were friendly throughout. Cannot wait to return to this hotel and would strongly recommend. Definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in!

The title of this review says it all. This Hotel prides itself on the care of its guests - from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart the Management and Staff engage with you to ensure that your stay is of quality and satisfaction. The Hotel provides a standard of food and facilities that are exceptional. The Manager Amalia together with her management team are there most evenings to ensure that guests are welcomed to dinner. There is a range of bedroom choices to meet each guest's expectations. Some guests like that little extra in terms of a bedroom while others are happy to avail of a standard room - the hotel has what you need in all respects. The main pool which maintains a warm feeling year round with an adequate range of lounger's and parasol's together with the Spa and roof top facilities are an added plus. As frequent quests we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to our many friends and relatives and many who have availed of our recommendation have found total satisfaction. The hotel is clean modern and in a great location. We had a romance room. All rooms are the same size but ours had a walk in shower, Jacuzzi bath, 50 inch TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There was a mini bar stocked with beer and soft drinks but this was only filled when you arrived and not replenished. Also, there was a coffee machine but they only provided 4 pods for 10 days. We also had a pool view which was nicer than the outside rooms view. The staff are excellent, always friendly and helpful. Our room came with access to the executive lounge. This occupied half the atrium and had an area outside. The ‘snacks’ provided were very samey – mostly bread and salad bits and cakes after four, which got boring after a few days. Some crisps or nuts would have been nice. Drinks, however, were plentiful and all named brands. I’m not much for drinking in the day but found I could get use to a mid-day gin and tonic or beer. There are three bars. The one by reception is popular and prices compare well with local bars. The rooftop bar is very nice but pricier although cocktail prices weren't excessive by resort standards. Entertainment was provided including a very good belly dancer and a excellent young lady who played an electric violin. There is plenty of pool side entertainment which looked fun (they did tend to invite the same people to join in each time though). We did join in the foam party which was actually great fun. Food is very good. Plenty of variety and much is cooked in front of you. You are given a pass to the Santa Rosa restaurant (we had two because we stayed at least 7 nights). This restaurant is excellent. Be warned – the sirloin steak is massive. It was quite fun on the second visit to hear people order it then see their faces when it arrived. My wife had the sea salt cooked bream. The guy in charge takes great pride in removing it from the salt crust in front of you and this on its own is fun to watch. Now some bad. We thought that there was meant to be a half hour limit on unused beds but this wasn’t enforced or even mentioned. You couldn’t put towels on beds till 9 but this just meant there was a pathetic line of people waiting at 9 to put towels on beds (see photos). We saw beds ‘reserved’ and then unused for hours. This would put us off going back to be honest. The Jacuzzi bath was nice but was big enough for two and took ages to fill. It took 40 minutes so we only used it once. The room came with robes but these were far too small (neither my wife nor me are large) and quite tatty so they didn’t get used. There wasn’t much ventilation in the toilet/shower area and we realized why when the grill fell off – it was just an opening into the wall cavity. We reported it but it was never fixed. Another strange fixture was the glass window into the shower cubicle. This was obviously meant for light but because it also housed the toilet, you could see your partner on the toilet. Finally, on the first two nights, some idiots decided to shout loudly from their balcony at 3 in the morning. We called reception (and others did too apparently) but they didn't stop it.

This was my first time at the resort. The first annoyance was that check in took a long time, and after being up since the early hours it would have been nice if this was more organised. We then had to wait an additional 40 minutes as the room wasn't ready, and in this time there was no communication or attempts to make us comfortable while we waited. Things luckily improved and we found the food to be good and the service great at dinner. The rooftop bar was excellent and didn't seem busy, which was a plus. The pool area opened at 9 but there was a long queue of people by 8.30; towels at the ready to secure a sun bed. All rather desperate considering there seemed to be more than enough to go round but I did notice that the hotel didn't seem to have a policy to remove towels left for long periods. Another minor grumble was the small family of cockroaches we found in our room at 2am one morning. Whilst this was not totally unexpected it wasn't dealt with terribly well; leaving us having to move room with no assistance from staff at 2am and then the strange confrontation we had to have with hotel staff the next morning to organise breakfast/coffee as we missed breakfast after waking up late from the previous nights antics and generally sorting things out. The manager eventually reluctantly spoke to us and things were sorted but we were made to feel like we had made a fuss instead of understanding that actually it was both common sense and good customer service. It soured the last day and as a result I wouldn't head back there in a rush. Plus points were definitely the food and drink, the areas seemed clean for the most part, the pool temps were nice and other than our personal issues it was a nice place to be. If we hadn't had the customer services issues I would have rated them higher....even with the unexpected friends in our room!
