Best location ever.

This condo is perfectly appointed and well-stocked, but more importantly, it is within walking distance of everything. The Gondola is a five-minute walk, and shopping and restaurants are even closer. We loved it and would stay again.

Everything was great about our stay. This unit is walking distance from everything in Telluride! Only bummer was that the hot tub was out of service when we were there. I would highly recommend this property.

The unit is located within easy walking distance to everything in town, including the gondola. It is also very nicely updated. It comfortably fit 4 adults. The check-in process was very smooth.

Perfect location and beautiful condo

We loved this condo! It is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable beds. We also found it was quiet at this location, which was surprising given the number of guests in the neighboring condos. The condo is located central to town and gives you easy access to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Best location and great condo!

We had a wonderful stay in the Fall Line condo! The condo is exactly as pictured. Everything feels brand new, really great decor, wonderful kitchen, heated bathroom floors. You can’t beat the location: walked to the gondola with ski gear, surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

An affordable gem in the heart of downtown

This completely renovated condo is lovely and the location can’t be beat! It is right in the heart of downtown, a short walk to shops, restaurants, the gondola, trails, etc. The condo is nicely redone with modern finishes and was much more affordable than other properties downtown. Our family of 4 had a great time!

Great Location

Property was super clean and one block from main st. and just a couple blocks from river and hiking trails. Could not ask for a better location. I have a full size pick up truck so garage parking did not work but on street parking was super easy to arrange and convenient. We had a nice stay.

Not only was the condo super clean and in a great location, it was fully outfitted with kitchen supplies, laundry detergent AND coffee. And a bottle of wine was waiting for us.
