Olga the receptionist warmly welcomed us with a glass of champagne. She's a super staff and the Theodor is very lucky to have her. Very comfortable room and quiet, even though it was on Herzl street. Breakfast was great.

Great small hotel - small rooms but clean. Situated close to many good places to eat and enjoy out door life. Close to Jaffa and the beach. Staff very friendly and helpfull except the lady at the breakfast that did not like to serve the guests - she should find herself af new job to give herself and guests a better life - did not smile any of the days I had to destroyere her life with my need to have her to make me Coffee

Room was cozy and totally equipped for a comfortable stay. Even the language in the TV menu was adjusted to my nationality! Service was excellent, with a call to the room to ensure that all was well. Amenities were above average, including sparking water, coffee and a nice view from the terrace.

Excellent customer service. It was my 2nd time there and they were lovely, upgraded me room and I was very pleased. The rooms look beautiful and clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Nice restaurants around, very central. Close to Jaffa. I’ll be back for sure.

However, this is an antique-like hotel. There is no safe storage in the room I stayed in. I do not know if all the other rooms were the same as mine. They did not provide any slippers for guests, and the robe has no belt to tie it around your waist. The staff were okay, but needed more hospitality training. Actually, I wanted to give three and a half stars, but I opted for four.

Good choice.

The location is prime. The reception girls are awesome. After a little disagreement on the room, the manager gave me a special rate to upgrade. I stayed for 11 days , and coming back after visiting the north of Israel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
