Located in the popular resort of Costa Teguise, the Studios Al Sole is an elegant and cosy accommodation with every comfort. Situated within the Playa Roca Residence, the complex features an outdoor swimming pool and solarium, bars, gardens and communal areas. The Playa Roca Residence has direct access to the beach and the beautiful Playa Bastian is only 300 meters away. Nearby, within walking distance, the centre of Costa Teguise welcomes you with all its clubs, restaurants and shops.



Offering free private parking, the flat is located in an area ideal for snorkelling, windsurfing and diving activities.



The flat is on the first floor with wonderful ocean views. It has a king-size bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons, a large bathroom with shower, hairdryer and hair straightener. It has a functional kitchen equipped with appliances, washing machine, cable TV and free wifi. It is completed by a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy relaxing moments.

We provide our guests with flippers, masks and snorkels, beach towels, soft bed linen and everything needed for a shower.
