The hotel is in a great location for exploring Tbilisi by foot, the room was nice and even though it was next to the restaurant there was no noise. Only real complaint is the poor breakfast options. Very limited choice and was not frequently topped up.

Kesinlikle parasının karşılığı olmayan bi otel. Öğrenci yurdu gibi. Odaları küçük, hizmet ve kahvaltı kötü. O paraya çok daha iyi alternatifler var. Tek güzelliği lokasyonu ama yine benzer lokasyonlarda fiyat performans otelleri bulunur ki zaten bolt ile taksi çok ucuza geliyor.

Excellent service

The staff was very kind, easy going and helpful. They took every problem seriously and solved them in a good way. The only bad part was that the cleaning of the rooms, specificly in the bathroom, was quite bad.. but when i told the staff, they immideatly sent up a cleaner to clean the parts i wasn't happy with. Because of the exellent service and very kind staff, i will gladly come back!

Without a question the best choice for an hotel in Tbilisi. Best location, clean, modern and beautiful rooms, and the staff is absolutely outstanding and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy( Nino was amazing!). Great breakfast. After looking into many options in Tbilisi, the reviews were good for Radius so I decided to try it. I’m so happy I did, since this was the best hotel I had in my whole trip in Georgia. Can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing location, very friendly staff and everything within walking distance!girls in the reception were very friendly and they arranged breakfast box for us as we checked out really early! The hotel is in a mall so this makes it excellent for shopping around and have everything next to you! The only negative is that during our 6 day stay, they have not changed the bed sheets although they were changing towels every day! Another minus is that although breakfast had everything, it was the same every day so maybe few changes would make it more special! In general, we would stay there again for sure!

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days and it went very well. The staff at the reception is very kind, helpful and attentive to the customer. The location is just perfect! Just a few steps away from the Freedom square, buses, metro and directly connected to a mall (various restaurants). The city can be visited on foot without any problem. I have read some negative reviews about the security/safety, and I want to say that the police are present in front of the hotel every day. We didn't feel unsafe or anything. However, as in all big cities, you have to be vigilant. The only negative point I would mention, would be the cleaning of the room. The cleaning is not done properly. The sheets are not changed every day (other 4* hotels changed every day), the vacuum cleaner is not done every day, bathroom done in a hurry. And even the bed is not made correctly. Concerning the breakfast, please offer more choices to those who do not eat meat (smoked salmon...). I would like to say that the reviews left are intended to improve the experience of future customers, if they are taken into account of course. Overall, I recommend this hotel. Thank you.

I originally booked for 5 nights but shortened my stay to only for one night and checked out the next day to move to another hotel. The lobby smelled like a smoking area. The room had a strong smell of sewage. Staff were OK but seemed reluctant to help with check out and told me refund can take 10-21 Business days
