At an altitude of 1,060 m in a sunny, quiet location with no through traffic, this spacious 90 m² ground-floor apartment awaits you – ideal for families and nature lovers. Children can play freely in the large garden or visit the farm animals, while you relax on the terrace or balcony with views of the Hohe Tauern mountain range.

Located near Zell am See, the apartment is in the heart of the Pinzgau region – the perfect starting point for summer and winter activities. In summer, explore highlights such as the Kitzloch Gorge, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Krimml Waterfalls, or the Hohe Tauern National Park. Hiking trails and alpine pastures begin right at the doorstep.

Lakes such as Lake Zell and outdoor swimming pools are easily accessible, as is the Gastein Thermal Spa for a rainy day.

In winter, you can choose from several ski resorts within a 10–20 km radius, including Zell am See-Kaprun, Rauris, and Ski amadé. For a smooth arrival during snowy conditions, we recommend bringing snow chains.

Wir hatten wirklich einen tollen Skiurlaub hier. Das Haus liegt günstig in der Nähe von 5 Skigebieten die innerhalb von 20-30min erreichbar sind. Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg, landschaftlich sehr schön, bei Schnee sind Schneeketten empfehlenswert. Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut: Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht vom Toaster bis zum Stabmixer, stabiles Internet, einen Schrank mit Spielen von ganz jung bis alt, einen großen Esstisch, eine bequeme Couch, Bad, Toilette modern und sauber. Bequeme Betten. Heizkörper und Vorraum zum Trocknen der Skiausrüstung. 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und einem Doppelstockbett, Schrank und Kommode. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem Bauernhof, unsere Tochter durfte eine Kuh melken und es gibt noch viele andere Tiere dort (Meerschweinchen, Pferde, Kaninchen, Hühner, einen Hund, eine Katze). Nicht zuletzt hat uns die Gastgeberin noch mit selbstgemachten Produkten vom Haus (Milch, Fleisch, Likör, etc) versorgt. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen und waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Volle Empfehlung.
