The Space:

Relax & Recharge or plan your next great adventure at our quaint condo with lush mangrove and ocean views nestled on 60 secluded acres in Tavernier, a hidden gem between Key Largo and Islamorada.



This immaculate two bedroom two bath condo features thoughtful and creative coastal decor that perfectly blends style, comfort, and convenience. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite master bathroom and 48 inch TV, while the guest bedroom features twin beds as well as a 48 inch TV perfect for family vacationers. The suite can also accommodate up to six people with the pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room which also has a 65 inch TV. The kitchen is fully stocked including a blender and Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience and the baths have been recently renovated.



Amenities include a sparkling, junior olympic, heated swimming pool with poolside cabana bar, 14 person jacuzzi, a private beach with pier, Kayak and Paddle Board rentals, oceanfront marina with boat ramp, lighted tennis courts, free parking, and charcoal grills to cook your catch. You will have full access to Ocean Pointe Suites resort and property, with a 24-hour security gate manned at all times.





While the Florida Keys aren't known for their vast beaches, you can still stroll the tropical woodlands and enjoy the sandy beach area within the property.

The closest public beach is Anne's Beach, located in south Islamorada. However, we highly recommend getting out on the water to experience the Keys fully. We have world-class boating, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking, making it a perfect getaway destination.

Ocean Pointe is close to a wide range of top notch restaurants, shopping plaza, movie theater, charter fishing, glass bottom boats, swim with the Dolphins park and many more fun places to visit.



Guest Access:

ENJOY ALL THE RESORT HAS TO OFFER FROM SUN UP TO SUN DOWN. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL HAVE FUN MAKING MEMORIES GATHERING SHELLS, PLAYING BEACH GAMES, PADDLEBOARDING OR JUST PLAIN RELAXING. LOUNGE BY THE STUNNING JR OLYMPIC SIZED POOL WITH VIBRANT LOUNGE CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS AND CABANA BAR. FINISH THE DAY WITH AN OUTDOOR BBQ TO COMPLETE THE LAID BACK ENVIRONMENT YOU’VE BEEN SEARCHING TO FIND.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in Tavernier, is gated and manned 24/7.

This beachfront resort is 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center.

The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
