An expansive home built in the 80s, across the road from the beach and bordering the Mount Golf Course.
This 300m2 4-bedroom home means there is space for everyone, making it ideal for families with kids and/or larger groups. The main living area flows seamlessly connecting to 3 separate outdoor areas, fully equipped with everything you need for your getaway.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom complete with a queen bed & ensuite, opening up to the conservatory which includes a double pull-out couch for extra sleeping space.
The other two rooms feature a queen bed and 2x king single beds.

Downstairs is a large queen room, connected to a well-appointed ensuite and kitchenette. A perfect escape for those traveling with kids.

3 x outdoor deck areas - East, North and West so you can capture all day sun on property

2 separate lawn areas. Back lawn fully fenced - Suitable for pets. Note there are some gaps in boundary fencing so pets will need to well behaved and/or monitored.

Kitchen, living, sunroom and deck areas all branch out from the large entry, complete with an outdoor BBQ for those summer gatherings.

**Note, some of the furnishings have changed from photographs but layout the same.

Great location however house needs major update

Our family stayed here for a few nights over the Christmas holidays, location and communication with manager was great however there are a few things I'd like to mention. Firstly the house is in need of an update, there were holes in walls, the sofa bed was not working (advertised as a sofa bed but there were missing screws so we were unable to use that) pet hair was all over the place (all our little ones had allergies the whole trip) overall I don't think we will stay here again.
