When we arrived we were told that builders would be fixing the men’s bathroom and would be finished by 6:30pm, they were still fixing it at 11:30pm, very loudly opposite our room. Not very professional to keep working until nearly 12am. Had a very poor sleep because of this and had to drive very early In the morning.

Although the bedroom and bathroom was clean and comfortable for a 2 night stay, the shared kitchen was dirty and not enough cups and spoons etc. Although they have a sign that says clean your own dishes - this does not happen! (The sign was dirty) I was looking for dishwasher tablets (box was empty ) in a cupboard under the sink and found dirty dishes plus the shelves were broken and dirty. Taps are broken bins not emptied. Not a pleasant space!
