Ramada Resort Diamond Beach

Great location but I am not sure whether it is glorified cabins as you would normally get at a caravan park or not. Not sure also what to expect in the way of service these days as in a hotel the room would be made and the toiletries re provisioned. Here a family of four was given 4 toilet rolls for 5 nights and 4 soap "pills".

Good communication when we booked. They even offered a cheaper rate than the online booking. We went with the Two bedroom spa room, both with ensuite. Nice and comfy but could use a spring clean, some marks on walls, but overall pretty comfortable bed and well laid out. Awesome having a little Weber BBQ on the deck and a butcher is only a couple of km away near Foodworks. Both pool and beach access was easily located and it's a lovely walk along the beach. Kindred restaurant was ok, the meat lovers pizza was loaded and tasty , but my partners Salmon dish had cold veges but the fish was done well. Overall lovely and quiet with the sounds of the beach to lull you to sleep.

The amenities were all there. No need to bring a thing. Our accommodation was clean, light and fresh. We arrived late and being a cold night the owners had kindly put the heating on for us. The owners are remarkably relaxed and friendly considering the size and responsibility of the resort. We will go again and again. In fact we are considering making it our go-to place to rest and restore. The pool is lovely and the tennis court and grounds are well maintained. We can't fault this place.

We stayed here on our way home from a holiday in the north coast. This please is situated away from everything but is very peaceful, of all you want to do is relax, then this is place. The pools aren't heated so it is a bit of a let down in winter time for the kidlets, as the pools are very inviting. We stayed in a 2 bed villa. They are nice and roomy with everything you need. Easy walking distance to the beach and we saw about 8 dolphins playing in the waves one afternoon.

Beautiful place to stay we both really enjoyed our self morning walks on the beach was beautiful very clean customer service was great Will be definitely come back to stay again very soon with family and family's

We spent our wedding night here, This is a lovely place to stay. Close to beaches, has an onsite Endota Spa, and kid friendly. We also had family and friends stay here during our wedding weekend and they were also happy with the accomodation. Prices are a bit expensive though.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at the Ramada. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The 2 bedroom villa was very close to the beach, clean, light, well equipped (washing machine/dryer etc), quiet, modern furniture and the grounds were well kept. A very relaxing family holiday. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently had a family reunion here, we were all able to have a separate unit each. In spite of intermittent rain and cooler weather, we were able to swim one day, walk on beach and visit other areas around. Nice and quiet. Each unit had individual ensuite bathroom, full laundry facilities etc. Beach had many rips so was not for little ones.

April school holidays. Weather was ok however not warm enough to swim. Beach is at your door and swimming area is nice. They have bike riding and kids club which is good. A little disappointed as breakfast is only on weekends and it's a bit of a drive to shops and 20 min to forster. Rooms are clean and staff were friendly. Kangaroos were the highlight for the kids as they come out in the evening. It would be a more pleasant stay in summer if weather was warmer as you would not have to leave resort. It is more of a cabin style resort however more luxurious and great for families. They do not service rooms during stay however there is a laundry. Also a bbq on the verandah.

It is obvious that the villas are privately owned but managed by Ramada, our villa had several closed off areas. This did not detract from the usability and we found the kitchen and living all we needed while the bedroom was very good. Facilities at the resort include an excellent pool and other well maintained areas like tennis court and kids playarea. We did not use the restaurant as we were attending a family function away from the resort. The restaurant looked very nice but the menu appeared no more than takeaway. We were there during March and tariff was reasonable at best.
