Love the location, stayed with another couple and the layout was perfect. Rooms on either side of the unit with common areas in-between. Loved the little patios off of each room as well. Beds were comfy, unit was clean, A/C worked great (visited in Aug.) Would stay again.

Location, Location, Charming Location
Charming home stay- architectural and furnishing details made the house feel truly Santa Fe. Best of all, easy access to the galleries of Canyon Rd and to the Plaza. Would love to see the place in high summer when the gardens are planted and windows are open to the sun and birds.... Great showers in the baths, comfortable beds. The front door lock still requires jiggling, and we suggest reading lights for the master bedroom, but otherwise a great spot!

Casa Centrado
Everything was very nice. Location excellent. A little dust. it was perfect for our family. One problem. we could not unlock or lock the Schlage lock from the outside. we had to call and get the key. and we could never lock it when we left. It appears to be stripped. we would definitely come back. It would be nice to have the lock fixed. thanks

Great Location, Disappointing Property Management
Great location, highly walkable to the Plaza, Downtown, and Canyon road. Much darker than shown in pictures, unable to enjoy the living room after 6pm, needed additional lighting. No lights in the main bedroom next to the bed, so opted to stay in smaller bedroom.
Had to purchase ant traps for bathrooms, no food was brought into the house, wasn't that kind of issue. Guessing they came looking for water. I did report this, nothing was done.
Lost electricity entirely while showering one morning, it was housewide, notified Vacasa, got no phone call back with any intel, called again, same issue. I will never book with a Vacasa rental again, their service is awful.
The lock is tricky and check in was delayed due to that. I left a day early as working in the dark was ineffective.
When I went to go outdoors, from the bedroom, the handle came off in my hand. I put it back and didn't report it or the broken shelf on the coffee table, as Vacasa had proved to be incompetent.

Perfect Beautiful Cozy
The very well appointed home is also quite practical. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The art and textiles chosen round out the experience of being in Santa Fe. The cozy gas burning stoves make a winter stay cozy. This is our second time renting this casa ( my husband loves the master shower) and we will be back!

Adorable Adobe in Santa Fe
The house is so quaint & charming & has lots of beautiful art work! Beautifully renovated adobe home. Super comfy beds! Kitchen that had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location - less than 1/2 mile to Canyon Rd, Geronimo’s, and great coffee shops. Just about 1 mile to the plaza.

Nice Place
Nice location...Safe and very lovely area. The home was very charming. Close enough to downtown and a perfect walk to Canyon Road. We walked to the Plaza one day, which took around 20 minutes.
However... The keyless entry was horrible. We had to call Vacasa at first entering, to reset the entry code. Then it only worked for one day. For the remaining 3 days, 2 couples had to share one key from the lock box to enter the unit.
My husband and I were not in the primary bedroom, so I can't say how that was. Although it looked quite nice. The secondary bedroom was a bit tight for a couple with luggage. Probably better for kids.
There were some ants, but otherwise clean.

NICE LITTLE ADOBE IN SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD!
This rather small property is unnecessarily cluttered with too much furniture (and the kitchen counters were cluttered with too many appliances - in seven days I used only the microwave and the refrigerator). The bed was comfortable. Bath towels were clean but rather rough (I went out and bought a decent towel to use during my visit). Unfortunately, there was no central air and the two mini-splits were not adequate to cool the place during an unusually hot Santa Fe summer. Warning: don't leave any food sitting out - tiny ants will appear by the thousands. There's a small fenced front garden and an even larger back one, but the owners have no interest in gardening or landscaping. The large old trees outback do, however, provide much needed shade. Internet service worked well. I never turned on the TV. The punch key lock on the main entrance is stupid (you have to punch in 10 letters)! Great for a couple, but rather cramped for a family. Clean, quiet, safe.

Santa Fe Serenity Downtown
This house has it all…. Location, comfort, and beauty. The house was very clean and extremely well appointed. Communication with the management company was seamless. The master bath was particularly memorable. The master bath has not one but two shower options with a seat. Also the floors has integrated heat system as well as the ceiling has a vent with a heater which can blow down hot air. This made for a really luxurious showering experience.
The house is also a very short walk right to the plaza. I would walk down to Starbucks each morning for a second cup of coffee. Also the Tea Room on Canyon Rd. Is literally around the corner. We will definitely be recommending this property to friends and will be staying there again.

Need to update some things!!
The house was lovely. A beautiful historic home. It had some quirks but we definitely didn’t mind those. The reason for the bad rating was the carbon monoxide detector went off in the middle of the night. It was a very faint beeping that we were extremely lucky to have heard. We found the detector buried in a closed closet under a blanket. There was enough carbon monoxide in the house to have reached the detector located behind a closed door buried on the bottom shelf. (Not where it should have been!) We called 911 and when the fire department came they detected high levels of carbon monoxide and told us it wasn’t safe to stay there. The rental agency apologized for the inconvenience. We grabbed our bags and waited in our car for two hours while the rental agency looked for another property for us. When no one returned our call we called back and they apologized again but because it was spring break there wasn’t anything available and that we should get a hotel. It was now 1:00 a.m. We found the last room available in the town for over $500 per night and we still didn’t have a room for Friday night. We were refunded the money from just the last two nights of our vacation rental(the two nights that we couldn’t stay there) plus an inconvenience free however that didn’t even cover what we spent on our last two nights in hotels. Another unfortunate thing was the rental agency didn’t even ask how we were! My husband and I along with our two daughters had been exposed to carbon monoxide while we were sleeping. We all had headaches, stomachaches, and were light headed. We were SO lucky we didn’t sleep through the faint beeping of the buried alarm! So disappointed! With this being said, once the heating is updated and and gas leaks repaired and carbon monoxide detectors are put up in appropriate spots in the house this will been a lovely place for a vacation rental.

Exactly as described in listing. Great master bathroom; heated tile floor much appreciated. Room darkening shades were great. Kitchen facilities great. Close to town square and other attractions. Free parking. Heating was a bit challenging to figure out, but great once we did. Wish there were king beds instead of queen beds.

Posh Setup
This property was a bit pricey but definitely worth the price. We did bring our own wine glasses and would have found the offering too limited in that capacity had we not. But we are very used to this with rentals. The location to Canyon Road could not be better and there is ample parking for two or three cars.

Wonderful cottage in a fantastic location
Beautiful, cozy adobe cottage in a prime location. Loved the modern appliances. Beds were very comfortable. We had a small issue with electricity on the first day, but the rental company was very responsive and we were able to resolve it quickly.
