Located right in front of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Taormina, the apartment is surrounded by a large Sicilian garden. The garden with citrus trees, olive trees, exotic plants and wisteria pergola is furnished with table and chairs, loungers and outdoor shower, and is surrounded by an ancient wall covered with bougainvillea and closed by a gate, within which is located its own private parking. The apartment (located on the ground floor of a one a floor villa) is located on the waterfront close to beach establishments, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and all kinds of shops, and is 300 mt. from the bus stop, 10 minutes far from the historical center of Taormina, located on a hill. Coming out of the gate of the garden there are both a large public beach and different beach establishments. The sand here is medium to thin, with some small pebbles near the shore and the water is incredibly clear. The garden house, with its privileged location on the beach and the privacy of its flourishing fenced garden, is the ideal place to relax oneself and enjoy the sea and the walks around the magnificent views of Taormina, to make boat trips and to practice water sports. But it is also in a point very easy to reach, and convenient for excursions: it’s less than a kilometer from the highway exit of Taormina, 60 km from Catania airport, 45 km from Messina harbor and 6 km from Taormina-Giardini Naxos train station. It has a strategic position for excursions to all the Eastern Sicily (and so for Etna and its park, the Aeolian Islands, Syracuse, the Alcantara Valley, with its gorges and waterfalls, the Agrò Valley with its medieval towns, Norman castles, Byzantine churches, etc.).

    If you love the beach and beautiful gardens this is the place for you. The lemon trees, lavender and rosemary were in full bloom and smelled amazing. Go to sleep with your windows open and hear the waves. We used the beach everyday and then went into taromina for dinner and shopping in the evenings. Loved eating at the 1Bar across the street (get the linguini and clams!) and beach chair rentals were reasonable (20). Groceries were a short drive away. The host was wonderful and responsive to our questions. We rented a car and used it to and from the airport but took uber/taxi to taromina because parking is so difficult to find. Wonderful stay!

    Wir hatten genau DEN Blick, wie auf dem Foto abgebildet. Sonnen- und Mondaufgang vom 1 min entfernten Strand war mein persönliches Highlight. Super eingerichtete Küche, lokale Aufmerksamkeiten, sehr fürsorgliche und nette Gastgeberin, die sich auch um Sonderwünsche kümmerte. Für 1,50 Maut kommt man schnell nach Taormina und umgeht die vollgestellten Sträßchen. Nur die Bauarbeiten an Bahn und Autobahn störten den ansonsten tollen Aufenthalt.

    Bon emplacement pour des vacances à la plage. Deux chambres, une petite cuisine et salle de bain suffisent pour un court séjour d'été très ensoleillé, et climatisation efficace. Equipement de cuisine réduit au strict minimum. par contre fourniture de linge de toilette et serviettes de plage en abondance ainsi que parasol et transats.Parking privé à disposition très bienvenu en raison des problèmes de stationnement.Un accueil remarquable de gentillesse et de prévenance de Marie Stella toujours disponible, dévouée, serviable.

    We loved our stay, Maristella is an excellent host, knowledgeable and always available. The description of the house is very accurate. We had good weather which allowed us to enjoy the outside space and even take a dip in the sea before putting our travel plans into practice.
