Beautiful hotel, wonderful stuff, the food was amazing, all the waiters are very friendly and helpful i dont know all there names if not i mention everyone, front desk very helpul and the name of the hotel change is HS HOTSSON TAMPICO happy costumer, definelly we are coming back

When I arrive bed the staff said they didn’t have my booking and debated this for 10 minutes. This despite me showing them my reservation. Apart from this the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were average and I expected better from this hotel. I changed rooms as I was given a ground floor room by the pool and it had no door cover and base and lizards and spiders were coming into room so I had to block it with towels. I then changed rooms for my 2nd night and found the walls were paper thin. Had to complain about the noise of guests next to me. In short, lovely staff, average but noisy rooms and I expected better from this hotel based upon reviews. Try and book a room that is part of main hotel building and not rooms by the pool.

Everything was excellent! specially the shuttle service to the airport. The driver was so punctual, kind and friendly (I think his name is Mr. Narciso). Also the facilities were clean and nice. What I didn't like was a sewage smell in the restroom.

Good Hotel, stay there often.

This is one of the best Hotels in Tampico. I stay often because it is well located, they have good service and overall it is a good choice. But it is important to say that even though the rooms are comfortable they need urgent renovation. Tampico is very humid and the carpeting sometimes does not smell good. Hope management renovates them soon. Other than that it is ok!

I stayed here for two nights and had travelled from England. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff are friendly. Free shuttle to/from airport. The restaurant menu is continental . Food I would say is not the best its average. Hotel is close to amenities ,only 15 minutes from airport. Nice outdoor pool. Breakfast is good. Liverpool a big shopping mall nearby.

Not much value for your money

The hotel is supposed to be one of the best of Tampico and the end result is that it is old and the owners do not invest anything to fix the problems of the rooms so the conditions are barely functioning. I arrived and asked for a 2 bedroom room and even that the hotel was clearly empty they refused to change my room even if i was going to pay for the change. The shower was in terrible condition and had no water flow.

Property didn’t get back to me on my multiple messages concerning my private car from the airport to the hotel. I had to call them. I wanted a private car, and they placed me in a public shuttle that took much longer to leave the airport as we were waiting for other passengers. I’d recommend with comments

I stood at fromt desk for a while while staff talked to other employees without even acknowledging my presence The rooms don’t have coffee maker and restaurant and room service don’t open till 7 so very inconvenient for those leaving early for the airport. For the peice not that geat I go there because of the pool after working in the hear is nice to cool down and big enough for swimming. Could benefit from more frequent cleaning been there twice and both times lot of leaves and debris

Overall it was a decent stay. My biggest complaint was the food and room service. I ordered a Chilean Sea Bass in their pricey upscale restaurant and got some other fish that was being passed of for something that it's not. Room service never once got the order right. They always corrected it but just could never get it right. The other issue was we were suppose to be picked up at the airport for transportation to the hotel. Never showed.
