We stayed here for 8 days and overall were very disappointed for the amount of money we paid. While the kitchen and bathrooms appeared clean at first glance, the rest of the home was not well maintained.The bedrooms were dirty, and we even found dirty underwear under a nightstand. The cups, plates, and dishes in the cabinets were dirty as well. There were no extra blankets or pillows provided, and we had to buy our own paper towels because none were available. The home also had a strong musty smell, to the point we purchased air fresheners ourselves.Several parts of the home were in poor condition. Kitchen utensils and toilet paper holders were broken, the flooring was peeling and caused a cut on my foot, and the HVAC units had visible mold with extremely dirty filters.Communication was also frustrating. We never received check-in instructions beforehand and had to call multiple times after landing because we could not access the home. We also had the pool maintenance person show up unexpectedly without any notice during our stay.For the price paid, we expected a cleaner, safer, and better maintained property. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations, and we will not be returning.
